rilphone.dll ¿es necesario instalarlo.?

What is rilphone.dll? * rilphone.dll is a Windows Mobile "driver" that tells to your OS what are the commands suitable for your Radio ROM. When a new Radio ROM is released, sometimes a new rilphone.dll will come with it because a new radio may contain a new command for a different scope (battery optimization, best signal calibration, etc..) viene de este hilo http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611787 Segun dice es un driver que conviene instalar despues de flashear la radio, La pregunta es si creeis que es necesario instalarlo.
