Pues a mi me han dicho esto literal con dos cojones:
I'm sorry to tell, your device was found with cracked touchscreen issue after our inspection, the repair fee would be EUR 147, please kindly let me know whether you would like to continue your repair RMA process? Best regards, May Les he contestado esto: Hi this could´t be possible cause the device never fall, and also have the tempered glass and a cover, if you tell me that, send me photos of the device and the part damages incluiding the imei, to show that you tell me its true, also im in the valid period of the garanty and you must to repair the device. I read in oneplus forum and other forums and that issue happens with a lot of users. This is a manufacturing issue and I'm not willing to pay for a manufacturing fault. Ya tengo el reemplazo, fecha de mediados de febrero, osea como el q envíe...a ver si este no falla...pero me da q va a tener el mismo problema... Y si es así...pido reemplazo y lo vendo sin abrirlo...

Madre mia esto es un suplicio... Se junta el movil en este estado junto con lo q tardan en hacer las cosas... Hoy a las 18:00 me han contestado diciendo q van a mandar el ticket al RRR ... Eso es q te abren el RMA ya? O q tendre otra vez q explicar todo?
