[ CONSULTA ] Necesito memoria en HTC Desire, o que TODAS las aplicaciones se instalen en la SD

bueno creo que al final me aguantare sin root ya que la permanencia se me acaba en agosto y me viene perfecto para hacerme con un samsung galaxy S II el cual tiene 16 gb de memoria interna y me olvido de este problema

Ademas las roms que he visto por ahi tp es que haya mucha diferencia con respecto a la original. Adema uso launcher pro que va a toda leche de fluido...

- Descargad el archivo adjunto (App2SD-Patch-ENG.rar)*a tu PC y lo descompris.
- Teneis que conectar la Desire por USB poniendola solo en modo carga. Despues ponedla*en modo Depuración USB (Ajustes>Aplicaciones>Desarrollo>Depuracion USB). Esperad un minutillo a que carguen bien los controladores.
- Ejecutad el archivo*y Opción 1.

Cuando hagais esto podréis mover la mayoría de los programas a la SD. Sólo no os dejara algunos como el maps, facebook, etc. Vamos, creo que los que vienen por defecto en el movil. Si hay algunos que instalasteis después y no os dejaba ahora os dejará.

Yo tuve el mismo problema, llevo un par de semanas con la Desi y ando como loco instalando de todo y buscando encontré esto:

Moving (almost) all Android apps to SD card

To run commands which will enable Move to SD card button for most installed apps, you need to have adb executable on your computer. Adb stands for Android Debug Bridge and is used for Android software development, but it is a very useful tool to have for any advanced Android user. You do not need to have a rooted phone to run adb commands.

1. To download the latest version of Android SDK (which includes adb executable), follow instructions from step 2 in the Installing the SDK article from the official Android development site. Note: you do not need to install any other software such as Eclipse for this procedure.
2. After downloading the archive of the SDK, unzip it to any folder and remember its location (let’s call this folder <sdk>).
3. If you are installing Android SDK on Windows machine, you also need to install USB driver as described in USB driver for Windows section.
4. Connect the phone using USB cable and do not enable USB storage mode.
5. Start terminal window on your computer.
6. In the terminal window, navigate to <sdk>\tools folder (using “cd full_path_to_sdk_tools” command).
7. Type the following two lines in the terminal window and press Enter after each line:
   • adb shell
   • pm setInstallLocation 2
8. Now on your phone go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->All.
9. Press hardware Menu button and select Sort by Size.
10. Tap on each app that is taking significant amount of space and tap Move to SD card button. Press hardware Back button and repeat.
11. (optional) To change the default installation location for new apps back to the internal phone memory, go back to your terminal window and type:
    • pm setInstallLocation 0
12. Enjoy!

A mí me ha funcionado. Saludos!

Esto lo hice yo tambiem, y de las aplicaciones que tienes te puedes ahorrar 20 MB o así.
El problema es que de las 512MB, el usuario solo tiene 80MB libres en la ROM oficial.
Para solucionar esto lo mejor cambiar de ROM. Yo estoy harto de siempre estar entre 14 y 18 MB. Si con la 2.3, que le queda poco para llegar, no se arregla algo, la rooteare.
