How to Install

BEFORE FLASHING MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP USING CWM RECOVERY

Thank you crazbanditz for the detailed explanation!

Part 1 - Clean flash of XXKPH (Skip Part 1 if you have already on XXKPH)

1. Firstly, Download the link from spacebar's XXKPH Feedback thread.
2. Run Odin3 v1.83
3. Set your phone to download mode : Press Volume down + OK first, then hold Power button.
4. Connect your phone, you should see Odin shows your phone is Added with COM number.
5. Click PIT button and select this file: latona_20110114.pit
6. You should see Re-Partition, Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checked.
7. Click PDA button and select this file: CODE_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
8. Click PHONE button and select this file: MODEM_I9003XXKPE_REV_00_CL1041909.tar
9. Click BOOTLOADER button and select this file: APBOOT_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
10. Click CSC button and select this file: GT-I9003-CSC-MULTI-OXAKPE.tar
11. Click Start button to flash these files to phone.
12. Do not touch anything till you see PASS on the program window.
13. Turn off the phone and set it back into download mode once you get an initial first boot to homescreen. Do not set up anything, Just power off and set to download mode.
Note: You only need to flash once to XXKPE before proceeding to XXKPH
14. In Odin, press Reset button. Re-partition should be unchecked automatically.
15. Select file I9003XXKPH_I9003XXKPH_I9003SERKPH_HOME.tar as PDA
16. Click on Start to flash XXKPH PDA to phone
17. Once you have flashed, after the phone started up, press *#1234# and check your PDA,Phone and CSC, everything should ended with KPH
18. Reflash if you find camera does not work.
19. Factory reset

Part 2 -Installation of the CRANIUM rom

1. Install CF Root, you can refer to the post here for the CF Root:

2. Copy the custom ROM into your external sd card.
3. Boot into your Clockwork Mod Recovery
4. Choose install zip from sdcard ==》 choose zip from sdcard ==》Then select the CRANIUM rom to install.
5. After the installation is complete, reboot and you will now have the CraniumRom installed.
6. WIPE DALVIK CACHE
7. Done!

TO install v1.0,download only that file and install
To install v1.1,first install v1.0,and then install v1.1
TO install v2.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.1,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.2,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
To install v2.2(hotfix),first install v2.2,and then install v2.2(hotfix)
TO install v3.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v3.1,(fix) first install v3.0 then install 3.1(fix)

NOTE:3.1 cant be flashed!(it in the attached files)
Dont forget to flash the v2(C-rom lite version) hotfix!!

To install super lite version,no need for previous versions,just install this one
TO install c-rom lite v2no need for previous versions,just install this one
to install v2(lite version)hotfix,flash after installing v2
Follow this guidefor calibrating ur battery!

Yo por ahora lo poco que he visto ,no me va el gps y al cargar los scripts ,se borra el acceso root,asi que na ,pa otra vez sera ..

Probada por mi,funciona todo perfectamente ,muy recomendable,lo unico que no trae es el efecto CRT ,pero bueno habra alguna manera de ponerselo.

Cargado el ADW launcher ,y ya tiene el efecto CRT.

Podriais hacer un tuto sobre como utilizarla yaque trae muchas novedades respecto a otras room como la oficial.

Yo la haria pero hay muchas cositas que no conozco si poco a poco lo voy conociendo pues la intentarehacer.

Probe la version 2.1 y funciona bien, pero bueno no me convence demasiado el Theme.
Al final he puesto la poseidon y demomento estoy contento, sin problemas!!

Para instalar la 2.1 tienes que instalar primero la 2.0

Bueno, al final me lie la manta a la cabeza y me instale Poseidon..y eso que la pagina se quedo fuera de combate un buen rato, y justo cuando estaba en proceso...al final y menos mal que me leí el tuto mil veces conseguí solucionar muchos problemas jeje, pero ya me funciona bien..de momento...

Estoy probando la version 2.2 y va perfecta ,muy rapida,por ahora de lo mejor que he probado.

Quise probar esta Rom en vez de la Poseidon y termine cambiandola definitivamente. Cranium 2.2 es rapida, estable, funcional, muy buena ROM, no me gusta la galeria 3d, pero eso se soluciona facil, gran tema trae puesto, ademas funciona a la perfeccion el gps, me la quedo...por ahora.
