AYUDAA N4 no inicia/BootLoop

hola, actualice mi n4 a 4.4 via OTA forzandola, luego lo hice root por aqui: youtube.com/watch?v=VThZ4zQ-57s instale rom toolbox lite puse qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 y LMT y le he cambiado el boot animation y le he congelado el launcher(instale nova) y desinstale google play kiosko, currents, books, movies
y lo reinicio para ver la bootanimation y se me queda pillado
y hago esto: youtube.com/watch?v=7BsHznZlLf8
y sigue pillado
que hago? gracias
