Be S-OFF ( Security OFF ) and SupercCID

What if I am S-ON?
Not A problem. But you will need to flash rom boot.img via FASTBOOT commands using Windows CMD
Be UNLOCKED!

Steps For S OFF

1. Download ROM to SDCARD
2. Reboot to recovery
3. Make a Nandroid backup before flashing SD Rom
4. Once Nandroid was done, do a Full Wipe ( data/cache/dalvik )
5. Select Install, go to downloaded Rom location
6. Select Rom zip, install, yes, swipe!!
7. Once installation is finished, Reboot ! Done.

Steps For S On


Unlocked Device via HTCDEVWEB
Download this file Click Me
In your PC create a folder call "fastboot" path must be "C:/"
Extract into your PC the downloaded file, Inside "Fastboot" folder, Path "c:/fastboot"
Now extract from Rom.zip (SkyDragon ONE Rom) the file called "boot.img" and place it in your fastboot folder
Put your ONE into FASTBOOT USB MODE ( first hold down POWER button and, then VOL down, you will see button lights blinking. Once Your ONE Turns off ( between ten and twenty seconds ) release and re press same buttons but now at the same time...till you get Bootloader Screen.
Once in Bootloader you will find info such as S-on or S-off, Menu with Fastboot, Recovery, Reboot etc.
Press Fastboot and connect your ONE to your PC.
You Will see Fastboot turns into FASTBOOT USB, now you are OK.
In your PC open CMD (terminal), just press MENU in windows and in the search small windows, type CMD and Enter.
A black windows OS-like will open, you will need to do the following:
Using "cd.." means "cd dot dot", just in case, go back till get this path "C:/"
Once in "C:/" you will type "cd fastboot"
Now path turns into "C:/fastboot"
OK, now we need to type two commands
"fastboot erase cache" press enter
You will see a message like "sending...." at the end will say "ok"
Then last one
"fastboot flash boot boot.img" press enter.
Once says "OK", we are good.
Time to unplug Your ONE, and press Hboot, well, the idea here is to get RECOVERY
Once in Recovery Mode, we install the Rom as normal, remember to full wipe manually!!! (data/cache/dalvik)
Select "INSTALL" swipe, when it is done, reboot!
That s ALL

Lo primero.. bienvenida, creo que estas en el foro equivocado ya que dices que tienes un HOX y este foro e hilo pertenece al HTC One..
mejor consulta en este hilo
ademas debes agregar mas especificaciones del móvil como el HBoot que trae.. etc
lo otro, android 2.3 no tiene sence 5.

Buenísimo.
Un consejo, que uno puso en xda que come mal la bateria. Pues bo es asi, y esta relacionado con los script V6 de Zeppelinrox.

El mod supercharged puede tomarlo en el primer boot, o capaz al tercer reinicio. Y le sumamos que hay que vaciar, con uso nornal la bateria, y realizar 3 ciclos de carga. Esto es con todas las roms. Incluimos que el kernel tarda en asentarse. Y recien ahi se ve como es la bateria.

Esta rom es sense, yo solo uso el kernel de faux en la GE rom.
Proba flashear el kernel elementalX, trae aroma, ahi elegis las opciones de wake
