En el foro xda-developers.com, cappa72 presenta la version 2 de su ROM para el LENOVO A820:

The mod ROM I prepared is not a flashable one.
It has to be installed from CWM recovery.
This is the reason why you could not flash it with Flashtools.

Also note that there is a bug in the ROM: the camera application does not work in video camera mode (as camcorder); only black screen there is.
For this reason the 2nd version was issued.

Honestly I am preparing a thread for this ROM, but my time is really limited.

En el foro xda-developers.com, cappa72 ya presenta una ROM que se instala a través de CWM y que ha tomado como base la ROM de bgcngm (Bruno) del ZTE V987.

La ROM está rooteada y NO contiene aplicaciones en chino. Comenta que contiene aproximadamente 30 idiomas, CASTELLANO incluido.

En mi opinión si está bgcngm, es decir, BRUNO detrás de esta ROM, seguro que es buena como la del ZTE V970, que es móvil que tengo yo actualmente.

No la he probado porque aún no tengo el LENOVO A820 en mi casa, el cual espero recibir esta semana...

Non-Lenovo rom for A820 If anybody is interested, I made a non-Lenovo based rom for this phone.
It can be installed through CWM.

Please note that this update really change your phone's appearance.
This is rooted, and does not contain Chinese suspicious softwares.
It is simple as possible, so if you want to use googleapps, then you shall install it from CWM.

Mainly the European languages (if I counted well ~30 languages) are supported (and the original chinese).
Sooner or later I will summarise the features and then post it.

One improtant thing: next week the phone will not be mine any longer. It means that I will not be able to udpate it significantly.

Estaría bien que alguien la probase y nos diese su opinion al respecto, pero hay poca gente que tenga este terminal, la mayoría estamos esperando a que llegue....

gracias por el aporte aunque eso de meter una ROM basada en un firm que no es el original me da un poco de cosa...
