Cambiar funcion tecla home

Hola. Quisiera saber si hay alguna manera de cambiar la funcion de la tecla home y que al pulsar dos veces en vez de lanzar el s-voice que abra otra app como por ejemplo sherpa. ¿alguien me puede ayudar?
