Instructions:

• Download ROM
• Download tweak package
• Copy ROM and tweak package to your sdcard
• Fullwipe (data and cache)
• Flash the ROM
• Reboot into bootloader
• Go into fastboot mode
• Flash the stock boot.img from the ROM with fastboot, TWRP does not help!! (You can also use the Boot_Flash_Script I deliver you which runs every command for you)
• Fastboot erase cache if you do not use the Boot_Flash_Script
• Let the ROM boot
• Flash the tweak package
• Enjoy

todavia no tengo el telefono, esta pendiente de entrega, aun asi hasta que pasen un par de meses vea que va bien el telefono no hare nada de root y demas, no estan estos telefonos como para perder la garantia jaja

Es una de las cosas buenas que tiene, pero para gustos no hay nada escrito.

si ya lo se, todos mis androids los he rooteado y toqueteado hasta limites insospechados, pero segun estan saliendo estos HOS cualquiera se atreve a quedarse sin garantia

perdon por mi ignoracia, pero si ya tengo puesto el recovery y esta flasheado por cmd por el metodo http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=365962 del tutorial inicial, tengo que volver a hacerlo todo otra vez con el fastboot v.2 de esta version? o puedo poner directamente la rom en la sd y entrar en recovery e instalar y ya esta....
una respuesta, veo que esta rom tiene buena pinta, gracias.

Hombre si han puesto la version 2.0 sera por algo y son 5 minutos mas que evitas problemas, yo suelo hacer todo de nuevo siempre...por si las moscas

hay que volver a hacer:

Paso 1: Abrir BOOTLOADER

• Vamos a http://www.htcdev.com y crear una cuenta en HTCDEV.
• Descarga estos archivos fastboot
• Haz una nueva carpeta en la raiz de tu disco C :/ llamada fastboot.
• Extraer el zip descargado en el paso 2 dentro carpeta fasboot
• Vaya aquí http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/~~V y seleccione "All Other Supported Models" y "entonces comienzan desbloquear gestor de arranque"
• Marca SIen ambas casillas, continua
• Ir hasta el paso 8 como lo hemos hecho todo lo que necesitamos para los primeros 7 pasos
• Apague el teléfono manteniendo pulsado el botón de encendido durante 10 segundos
• Enciende el telefono con encendido y VOL -
• Resalta Fastboot con Volumen + o-a continuación, presione Power
• Enchufe el teléfono en su PC y abra un símbolo del sistema.
• (Windows XP - Haga clic en Inicio> Ejecutar CMD> escribe en el cuadro a continuación, pulse Aceptar
• (Windows 7 - Haga clic en Inicio> escriba CMD en el cuadro de búsqueda y pulse Enter)
• Cambie el directorio a la carpeta donde ponemos fastboot archivos cd c: \ fastboot
• Escribe esto en su ventana de símbolo del sistema fastboot OEM get_identifier_token
• Selecciona y copiar el texto como en el paso 9 en la página web HTCDev
• Pegue su símbolo identificador en el cuadro en la parte inferior y presentar
• En un rato recibirás un email de HTCDev con un enlace con la segunda parte de las instrucciones y su "Unlock_code.bin" adjunto
• Descarga el "Unlock_code.bin" desde el correo electrónico y guardarlo en la misma carpeta donde estan los archivos extraídos fastboot en el paso 2
• Escribe esto en la ventana MSDOS Unlock_code.bin unlocktoken fastboot Flash
• La pantalla cambiará en el teléfono, pulse VOL + para aceptar y el powet para confirmar.

Regístrate en htcdev.com
Desbloquea el BOOTLOADER aquí , siguiendo las indicaciones.
Si la HTC ONE S no está en la lista, sólo debes elegir ""

Paso 2: RECOVERY

Descargue el SDK de Android (AQUÍ)
Descargue el recovery de CWM Touch Provisional de Paul o el Oficial de CWM Koush (HTC ONE S) (Gracias Pablo / Koush por el recovery!)
Coloque el archivo de CWM dentro de la carpeta donde esta fastboot.exe (dentro del SDK)
Tenemos que poner la HOS en modo fastboot... Para ello, arranca manteniendo pulsado el botón de Bajar volumen y presionando la tecla de encendido. Con las teclas de volumen y powert selecciona el modo de fastboot .. (recuerda con el USB conectado todo el tiempo)
Ahora abre el cmd y posicionate en la carpeta donde pusistes el CWM

A continuación, escriba:

fastboot flash recovery Nombre_del__recovery.img

Para CWM de Pablo:

fastboot flash recovery r2-modaco-recovery-clockwork-touch-ville.img

Paso 3: ROOT

Asegúrese de que sea el kernel STOCK!!

Ahora vamos aplicar el root con SuperSU.

• Descargate SuperSU (AQUÍ)
• Entra en modo recuperación:
• Apaga el dispositivo y mantenga el botón VOL ABAJO + Power para arrancar en modo flash
• Navegar con VOL y botón de encendido por el recovery

si te refieres al factory reset y el wipe cache data si pero solo esos dos y luego ya instalo la room por todo lo demas van bien solo eso tengo que sacar la SIM y meterla para coger cobertura
