[ CONSULTA ] problema con llamadas

Buenas!


El teléfono me llegó ayer, (libre version europea) me puse a transferir datos etc.


Baje las actualizaciones y demás, la sim la tengo en el espacio de la sim1. El tema es que me hacen una llamada o la intento hacer yo, y se corta dando un pitido y diciendo "red no disponible" y cancelar para pulsar.


Primero lo tenía todo en automático, he puesto, red preferida 4g y especificado pepephone 4g y nada, tanto cuando llamo como cuando me llaman, da el fallo y peta.


¿A alguien más le ha pasado?

Yo llevo dos sim y eso no me ha pasado nunca, prueba otra sim a ver, si sigue pasando yo haria factori reset, si sigue igual flashear la rom oficial por fastaboot y si todo eso falla a tirar de garantia.

Pero si el primer día te pasa eso yo pediría un cambio de teléfono

Nunca me ha pasado y no he leído soluciones para eso

Gracias por las respuestas, ayer estuve indagando, y parece que es tema de software porque le pasa a más gente, aqui os dejo lo que le pasa a otros dos usuarios que dejaron comentarios en micomunity, calco de lo que me ocurre, por si le pasa a más gente.

My new Poco F2 has some serious software issues.
The problem I'm experiencing is frequent dropout during calls and being unable to establish them afterwards.
I can send texts and use the internet one minute and the next the phone doesn't work and drops my calls as well as doesn't accept them.

I tried swapping SIMs, rebooting, flight mode, you name it. The phone starts working again after about five minutes.

I would really appreciate some help. I highly suspect that this started happening with one of the latest updates.
I'm on a vanilla 12.0.3 Global rom.

Reboots, flight mode, swapping SIM cards (using a brand new one), trays, using in slot 1 or slot 2, heck both slots, VoLTE on or off... I have literraly tried everything. Nothing changes. Placing the same card in my other phone is fine. The problem happens everywhere and not only in one place so it's not reception. Also it doesn't matter if I'm moving or not so it's not switching between towers.


Can anyone help.
