Current issues which will be fixed by the weekend (if all goes well)

1. Kernel Aduitor will show in settings even when not installed. However, this isn't an issue for those who use it, its more of an annoyance for those who don't.
2. Screenshot delay setting in Coral Reef isn't working properly
3. Someone reported OK Google not working, but its working fine for others
