Envío con retraso?

Buenos días,

El día 7 de mayo mayo hice la compra en Goldway.
Se envía por netherlands post.
Vivo en Tenerife y normalmente los envíos son rápidos.
Pero con este envío me estoy preocupando, no está todavía en España.

Os parecen los plazos correctos?

ten paciencia, solo han pasado 12 días, suele llegar a los 20 o así normalmente y si pasa por aduanas se demora más. no te preocupes por ahora, be happy my friend jajaj
