ayuda, no se q toque , x panel

hola chicos, les cuento lo q me paso,
me puse a instalar unos x panel, y algunos no me gustaron y m puse a borrar, pero parece q toque algo.
cuando voy a tocar el boton xpanel, me aparece una leyenda q dice "panel manager.exe not found¡¡ please install panelmanager or check the registry setting????
y no me permite ver los paneles. q paso?????
