[ROM] Problem when restarting in TWRP

Hi all, i've a big problem.
Always, when resarting in TWRP, the system NEVER start anymore.
I can resolve it ONLY flashing a new boot and system from an ancient Backup from the same firmware.
I tell help to resolve it forever, and have not that problem.
Please help me.

Friend if you have access to recovery by ADB, remains caught that happens, the solution is easy for you restore Update.app recovery and return to put TWRP and agree with buttons.
