Con roor explorer crear el archivo sysctl.conf en la ruta system/etc/ darle permisos y meter esa linea y reiniciar.
Echo y funcionando wifi ok, los que teniais problemas probad, yo la verdad es que no tenioa asi que tampoco puedo opinar mucho.  Edito: al editar se crea el archivo sysctl.conf le he dado permisos y las lineas estan igual, he reiniciado y nada, he puesto en el terminal el comando y tampoco. Qué explorador usas? Te recomiendo Es file Explorer. Para ver los permisos es tan facil como hacer una pulsació prolongada sobre el archivo>tocar los tres puntitos de la barrainferior(más)>propiedades.Te aparecerán las tres columnas de permisos(Linux), Dueño, Grupo otros. Para dejar los permisos en 6-4-4 habría que dejarlo como en la captura.

No se que es lo que no entendeis, vais a la ruta que os dice, /system/etc
creais archivo nuevo con el nombre sysctl.conf dentro copias la linea: net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1 guardar y dar permisos como la imagen que os han puesto antes y reiniciar.
