Ni llamadas ni nada. Yo ya lo vi ayer por internet, que estaba retenido en aduanas, a la espera de inspeccion.

Me lo ha dicho el repartidor por el interfono, -el paquete tiene recargo de aduanas de 44,98€, antes de subir a entregármelo.

Luego cuando me lo ha entregado, me ha comentado que ha entregado unos cuantos paquetes mas de este tipo hoy, ja ja.

Hi ricardovk,

We've been working around the clock to answer thousands of incoming emails, and appreciate your patience as we do so. Please read through the following updated info, and if your question or issue isn't resolved, reply and we will answer it ASAP.

- If you're a Kickstarter backer, your OUYA is on the way. You will be receiving your first shipping email soon (if you haven't already), followed by an email including your tracking number. Because it's shipping from overseas, please allow up to 7 days for the tracking number to bring back info.

- If you pre-ordered after the Kickstarter campaign (prior to Feb. 5), those orders will begin shipping in the next week. You will also be receiving your first shipping email, followed by an email including your tracking number. (Again, please allow up to 7 days for the tracking number to bring back info.)

- If you pre-ordered on or after Feb. 5, those orders will begin shipping after the pre-orders listed above (starting in June).

- If your shipment has already shipped and you need to change your address, please update your address with the USPS (within U.S.) or other postal service (outside U.S). If your package cannot be forwarded to you, please reply and let us know. We will find a way to get your OUYA to you.

- If you received a notice stating that your shipment has been "Returned to Shipper", this is likely a temporary status which will be corrected by the delivery service. Don't worry... you will receive your OUYA! Please keep tracking your package, and give it a few days to update to another status. At that time, if the status is something other than what it should be, please let us know.

- If you ordered more than one controller, you should receive it with your order (even if that doesn't seem to be the case on the shipping email). If you receive your package and it does not include the number of controllers you ordered, please let us know.

- If you need technical help or info, you can access our FAQs at http://www.ouya.tv/support or our forums at https://support.ouya.tv/forums . (We will assist through email... but often, the forums are a great resource- where we, as well as other gamers and devs, post lots of helpful information.)

- You can login or sign up for an OUYA username and check all of your information at https://gamers.ouya.tv (use the 'Forgot Password' link if you need to).

Buenas tardes!!

La acabo de recibir, pero con sorpresa.
Recargo de aduanas de 45,09 €
Palazo sin pan ni nada.

Creéis que se puede hacer algo para reclamar esa cantidad. Ya se pagaron, los portes, y creo que no se aviso del riesgo de aduanas, he pedido cosas a china y nunca he tenido problema, aunque en esos sitios si que lo avisan.

No he abierto ni siquiera el paquete del susto que se me ha quedado y inmediatamente he estado buscando info. Sin mucho éxito.

tienes razon. pero el precio es muy diferente 100 dolares en .com y 120 eur en .es lo que no me aclaro es, si con envio gratis en .com. aver si alguien que entienda del tema me lo asegura. thanks

lo que no me fio es que, aunque sea en la web de amazon españa el envio me lo hagan desde china y por dhl y me jodan en la aduana. mmmmm. que no me fio ni un pelo.

Amazon.es los envíos los realiza por mrw,y no creo que te la envíen desde China.En todo caso,ellos la recibirán de China y luego las envían

Pos no he caido en eso. Ahora el tema de .com que lo pone en inglish y con el movil no tengo traslator.
