Pues el wipe data después de flashear no deberías haberlo hecho.
Te recomiendo ke flashees de nuevo la ROM, sin hacer ningún wipe, y en principio, debería funcionarte correctamente.

Ok. La instalo aunke ya tengo configurado todo el telefono sin hacer ningun wipe?

Si, flasheando de nuevo la ROM sin hacer ningún wipe, conservarás todos los programas y configuraciones, y con un poco se suerte, solucionarás el error ke te da.

pues nada, al iniciar me sigue dando el mismo problema se ha detenido la aplicacion ajustes. Me parece q volvere a la milestone...
