Apuntate a la ultima beta de marshmallow 6.0 (pre-oficial)

Buenas, tengo puesta la 6.0 pero quiero bajar a una 5.1.1 y poder rootear el teléfono. Cuales son los pasos que puedo seguir? Gracias

Entonces que influye la ROM que tengas puesta o el origen de compra del terminal? Yo tengo ROM libre pero el terminal lo compre a través de Vodafone(puse la ROM libre después)

Supongo que si es por origen de compra y sólo dan la beta a los libres, no entraré...mal por parte de sony que discriminación! jaja

Mandales un correo y pregunta santi, a lo mejor te la mandan o por lo menos sabes si mandaran mas ya que puedes seguir pidiendo entrar en la beta, diles que estas bien metido en el munidllo etc.. jajajaja

a saber que algoritmo han usado para elegir, yo soy libre como te dije y no he entrado por ahora y dudo que sigan metiendo a gente excepto que haya gente que elegida no la baje.

Tienes la concept? Debes seguir la guía que está acá en el foro de rootear e instalar recovery.
Toca instalar primero Kit kat, y después si Lollipop.

Que ROM tienes? El terminal es libre o de operadora? Me da a mi que me quedaré sin beta al coger el móvil por Vodafone

Me ha llegado el mail de confirmación de seleccionado para la beta.
Congratulations! You have been selected to participate in the Xperia Beta Program.
As a member of the program, you will have the chance to try out a pre-release version of Android Marshmallow before anyone else.

In the next few days, you will receive an over-the-air update to the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow developed for your device. Please accept the update request as soon as you see it on your mobile phone's notifications bar.

To be able to receive the Marshmallow update, you need to have the latest version of Sony Mobile's What's New application installed on your device.

The update process takes around 40 minutes to complete—so please only accept it when you have some time to spare. All of your data will be preserved.

Your Xperia device will restart during the update process.

The new software is a commercial pre-release version of Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). The label for the new version is 23.5.A.0.486. After the update, you can confirm it under SETTINGS > ABOUT PHONE > BUILD NUMBER.

It's a good idea to backup your phone's content before accepting the Marshmallow update. You can use any methods you like, from third-party apps to the backup & restore instructions in the Sony Mobile support pages.

We have created a dedicated Google Plus Community for the Xperia Beta Program. A private group where you can share experiences about the new software with other participants and with Sony Mobile developers.

This week you will receive an invitation to the Xperia Beta Program Google Plus community in the Gmail account you used in the program's sign-up app. Please accept the invitation and follow Google's instructions to become a member.

The Xperia Beta Program G+ Community is your main communication hub with Sony Mobile. It's very important to become a member of the group, otherwise you may miss important information about the program and your new software.

The Marshmallow update comes with an application developed especially for the Xperia Beta Program: Beta Feedback. Just open the app drawer to see it (the logo is the pink icon—as shown on the left).

Through the Beta Feedback app you will be able to report issues, receive messages and surveys directly from the program.

You can also use the application's exclusive widget to check all important information at a glance, directly from your home screen.




At the end of the program's period, you will receive the official commercial release of the Xperia Marshmallow software. You are already on the right track!

Detailed information about the Beta Feedback app and other aspects of the Xperia Beta Program will be available in the Google Plus Community. Don't forget to accept your upcoming invitation!
