Ayudadme no inicia ni puedo hacer nada solo se queda en logo y puedo entrar en modo fastboot

eso es porque has flasheado MM (android6.0) y intentas volver a Lollipop?
Flashea todo menos el gpt.bin y el móvil se arrancará normalmiente. Hace como en el http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=1072024

Pero es que no tengo la depuración usb activada y eso...

Omite el comando del gpt bin y del bootloader, flashea todo lo demás y arrancará sin problemas.
