Con eso del stock os doy la razón. El móvil que yo tengo actualmente es un Cubot One que lo compré hace 2 años en otra pagina (Focalprice) y tuve un problema parecido al de El torico, des de el día que lo compré hasta que me lo enviaron tardaron como 2 semanas porque no tenían stock, y sin embargo cuando lo compré, en la pagina ponía que si que tenían, son muy malos en ese sentido.

Parte de la gestión del envio lo hacen las tiendas y son en parte responsables del mismo ellos son los encargados de contratar los servicios de envió cierto es que luego estan fechas, correos y demas

Yo no se si soy yo o estáis equivocados cuando pone que está pre-registrado en España no significa que esté en España, yo creó que significa que está en reino unido y desde allí lo han pre-registrado para enviarlo a España, si OS dais cuenta siempre lo pre-registran cuando llega a Reino Unido, y vamos no creáis que coje un avión nada más llegar allí, cuando pone aceptado es que el paquete a llegado a Madrid en España y cuando pone in delivery proces es que lo están repartiendo, vamos creó yo y ahora con otro paquete mío que salió el 30 ya está en Reino Unido, así que era también pon las fechas y saturación de Spain Express, a esperar que ahora irán llegando ;)

Me he leído todo el tema hasta ahora y por lo que veo, en general, las experiencias no han sido muy buenas. Seguramente el hecho de que se colapsaran los paquetes en verano también influyó. Yo de momento todo perfecto, hice el pedido de un OnePlus X el domingo 3 de Enero por la noche, y hoy, 5 de Enero ya está pre-registrado en España, he de decir que lo he comprado del almacén de EU (osea, el de Reino Unido) y no de China. Tengo esperanzas de tenerlo hasta el viernes, y si no, la semana siguiente seguramente ya estará. Ya os iré contando.

Aqui es donde veo el Track,y repito,lo compre el dia 4 de Diciembre,y tenian existencias,11 dias para preperar un paquete me parece un poco excesivo,el dia 16 de Diciembre me mandaron el numero de seguimiento y una foto del paquete con la pegatina de Correos España.

A mi igual tardaron 8 días en preparar el paquete y xq reclame

Can Global Logistic Properties Ltd Be A Good Investment Over The Long Term?

The demand for #warehouse space has been growing over the last decade as reported by #Colliers International and many other real estate management companies. This is largely because e-commerce is now getting more popular with many people choosing to #shop #online.

One company that could gain from this trend is #Global #Logistic #Properties Ltd (SGX: MC0). The company has a logistics property portfolio covering 48 million square metres in four countries, namely, #China, #Japan, #Brazil, and the #USA
In the middle of the year, Global Logistic Properties had acquired around 200 U.S. warehouses, showing its commitment to becoming one of the biggest warehousing companies in the world.

This is by no means a small feat and requires a lot of capital. On this front, the company is backed by #GIC, one of the #Singapore government’s investment arms – this may help give Global Logistic Properties credibility to raise funds.
Global Logistic Properties’ #business model is interesting as it is an owner-operator of real estate (the company has direct ownership of its properties ranging from 10% to 55%) and also provides fund management services.

Revenue is generated from rental income and its fund management service which had US$32 billion of assets under management (AUM) as of 30 September 2015. These provide the company with stable revenue generation ability which could potentially also mean steady net profits.
For Global Logistic Properties to grow its revenue, it can do so through an increase in AUM.

In fact, given that the company’s main business is in management of real estate, I think it would prefer to grow by growing its AUM. This can be done by starting new funds via partnership with private investors. Also, an increase in asset values over time should lead to an increase in rental revenue (assuming the percentage yield stays the same but is applied to the new property value).

The company has stable recurring income streams which can be used to reward shareholders. #Investors also benefit from fair value gains on the properties from Global Logistic Properties’ direct ownership in real estate as it leads to expansion of net asset value (NAV) per share.

Currently Global Logistic Properties is trading at S$2.07, which is a 17% discount to its NAV of US$1.77 per share (around S$2.48), and has a reasonable net debt to asset level of 13.3% as of 30 September 2015.

Keeping these two factors in mind, they show why Global Logistic Properties could be worth a deeper look by investors who are on the hunt for a good long-term investment.

1- Cuando dije Correos, entiéndase que extrapolo a cías de transporte en general ;)

2- (Casi) ninguna tienda china tiene stock. Trabajan bajo demanda. Cuando dicen que tienen stock, generalmente se refieren a que sus suministradores disponen de él. (algo que aquí en España se está intentando introducir en algunas empresas)

3- Cuando entra un paquete en la agencia, se hace el "manifiesto" o como lo llamen. En ese momento ya es responsabilidad de la agencia. Lo tienen en sus instalaciones y por capacidad de trabajo se envía cuando pueden (que es cuando hay novedades en los tracks). Cuando llega al país, no quiere decir que esté controlado. Descargan el avión con todo lo que hay, y lo amontonan donde sea. Cuando llegan a él, es cuando vuelve a haber novedades en los tracks. En UK se "preregistra" cuando lo tienen ya controlado, que suele coincidir con el momento de llevarlo al avión. Y aquí otra vez igual, pero en Barajas, y Correos. Se acepta cuando ya han llegado hasta él y lo destinan donde toca.

Yo les he escrito un email a los de One World Express. Sé que no sirve de mucho porque algunos de vosotros tenéis el paquete antes que yo en pre-registrado y todavía no lo habéis recibido pero bueno, tampoco perdía nada. Les he puesto eso, que desde el 31 aparece como pre-registrado y no se ha vuelto a mover. Os comparto lo que me han contestado:

"Your parcel departed London on the 31st of December via a third party in transit to your local courier Correos. ‘Pre-registrado’ means that Correos have received information letting them know they should expect your parcel. As they have not received it yet I must assume that it is undergoing customs clearance still. If by the beginning of next week your tracking has not resumed as normal please contact us again."

Yo sigo pensando que tienen que estar petados a paquetes por los días festivos y la lentitud que suelen tener por estas fechas.
