intenta con otro servidor ,normalmente tarda unos 30 minutos(depende tambien de tu velocidad contratada)

Porque tengo que ser s-off para instalar esta rom? :/ ya hicee el desbloqueo de bootloader pero ya que la instale se reinicia

Tengo esta base 1.32.617.30 dev edition la quiero instalar desde cero por twrp tendré problemas? He abierto el bootloader com ayuda de la pagina de htc y tengo acceso root
