Instalación cómo? Como llevo siempre instalado las kik kat una encima de otra, ahora ni me acuerdo de como se hacía una instalación limpia

Lo cierto es que la última alpha que probé excepto algunos bugs va bastante bien! Ojalá esté todo arreglado ^^

Descargas la ROM en un ordenador, conectas el móvil al ordenador por USB apagado. Lo enciendes en modo Recovery (Power y volumen arriba a la vez), y te aparecerá en la pantalla una carpeta llamada Recovery. Pegas ahí el update.zip que se te ha descargado de la ROM. Cuando haya terminado de copiarse, desconectas el USB y el teléfono te dará dos opciones, instalar la rom y borrar datos (clear data), clica a las 2 opciones y a instalar

Tambien se puede metiendola en la raiz de la sd y abrirla desde el movil no? las pocas veces que he instalado una rom lo he hecho asi.

Los que ya llevan instalado lollipop, que tal se comporta la apli seguridad? se sigue cargando procesos, congelando widgets, etc y hay que configurarla adecuadamente para recibir notificaciones?
O sin embargo las notis van bien sin tocar nada. PD: Por cierto, nada más terminar la instalación.. ha tenido un pequeño cuelgue que me ha hecho reiniciarlo, mal empezamos
