Por otro lado , lo que indicas de que no tienes baseband y imei desconocido, no acaba de quedarme claro si es que no lo tienes así y por lo tanto, tienes imei, o que no lo tienes. Recientemente se han dado caso de que OnePlus, "HA DESPERTADO" y si les abres RMA, acuerdan dia/hora , se conectan en remoto a tu PC y te lo reparan online. Casualidad fuese tras este manual y mi protesta?. No se. A lo mejor les ha dado pistas para repararlo sin quejas de usuarios.

Tengo bien instalados los drivers, en puertos puedo ver "HTC Diagnostic Interface (COM9)" y el otro A0001 en sin instalar. Te informo que el driver de 64 bits no funciona, solo el de 32, o al menos conmigo. Al instalar en 64 lo reconoce como modem únicamente. Me gustaría solucionarlo yo, y no abrir un RMA. No va a vencerme el desgraciado jajaja

Bueno, esto lo "agrego" a tu guia, si no te aparece en la lista de puertos tienes que añadir el puerto en port va "COMX" donde x es el numero del puerto, si instalas en 64 bits, lo instará como modem, esto esta bien, haces click derecho este, te vas a la pestaña modem y te dice el numero del puerto, que vas a usar. Luego en port label, va el nombre, puede ir cualquier cosa, yo use "OPO", el problema que tengo ahora es que al restaurar llega al 19% donde supuestamente tiene que reiniciar el telefono, pero "could not reset the Phone. Communication Errors Ocurred." Es totalmente necesario en PORT no escribir el número, se escribe "COMX" Donde X es el numero del puerto, pido ayuda con esto, desde ya muchas gracias.

Sobre el %, a mi me llegaba tb al 19 y mismo error. Lo del % es xq es respecto al total del fichero, que sólo metemos un apartado, no todo. Eso debe estar bien. Lo de que no puede reiniciarlo a mi me lo hacía a veces, pero reiniciaba yo a mano y listo. A pesar de todo, reinicias y no te aparece el imei?. Metiste bien al principio desde Recovery el EFS ? Bueno, luego de restaurar un backup por TWRP, tengo imei, pero no tengo señal, y en estado figura esto "Potencia de la señal: 2147483647 dBm 255 asu" , lo que me parece una medida extraña, pero ya tengo imei. Ya flashie varios modems, se te ocurre algo?

Supongo que esto es porque no termina de escribir los datos, probé reiniciando manualmente, pero el programa no espera ni 5 segundos y tira el error, no me da el tiempo ni reiniciando con el terminal con el comando reboot jajajaj . Ya que el NV queda incompleto. Por eso la señal que muestra..... ya mandé RMA, esperando respuesta.
ACTUALIZO: El problema pienso yo que debe ser que el backup de tu efs es para el de 64GB, yo tengo el de 16GB, los de Oneplus por lo pronto, me mandaron el "ONEPLUS+ONE-FIX-Windows.zip" que no sirve para nada. Actualmente estoy esperando la respuesta de ellos, no quiero asegurarlo, pero me parece que esta solución funcionaría solo para la versión de 64, desde ya, muchas gracias. Sorry to say that i do not your language.But i need your help.I appreciated if you can help.Please use google translate to see my message as below. @ElHechicero I have an OPO and lost my imei,somebody fixed my imei but i have no 2g now and also 3g is with problems.That is my case. Diag port is installed and no problem with that.İ flashed the rmt storage patch zip,cm11s 44s installed.Everything is in order. I found original qcn and i restored to the phone.Everything is working properly,i have 2g ,3g,imei,baseband.But this imei does not belong to my phone.I need to change it to mine.Since this imei is not mine,i take out the sim card.I will not use the sim card during the whole process.Also original qcn file size is 903 kb. Now i start 1- I flash the modemst1 and modemst2 and i lost my imei again,no imei no baseband no signal.Settings --- Mobile networks---- preferred network type is 3g and i cannot change it.*#*#4636#*#* phone info wcdma only selected and i cannot change it. 2- I activate the diag port. Adb shell -- su--setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb 3- I open Qpts, stop server,start server,remove port and add port (COM3) with no problem 4- Go to "start client"--"software download"---"Backup the qcn".The name is Backup.qcn.The size is 116kb 5- Start RF NV Manager as Administrator --- "Read from phone" ---- there are only 3 nv items ;449 - 453 - 855. 6-then "read supported rf nv items" ,go to 550 7- Check "hex" and write my imei two by two 8-Click "write nv" 9-"Write only listed nv items to qcn".The file name is IMEI.qcn.The file is 1.92 mb,much bigger than original qcn file size. 10- Go to Qpts --- "start clients"- "software download" 11- "Restore" IMEI.qcn 12-I got the message “ The model number in the qcn file and the phone do not match.Do you still want to restore ?”.Click "Yes." 13-At 19% says "Status :Memory restore failled" "Errors :Could not reset the phone" 14- Reset the phone. 15-Nothing changes; no imei,no signal,no baseband. I think something wrong with rf nv manager.Also i have a video file to see the process.I can send you the video file if you want. Maybe you can offer me easier way since i have the original Oneplus One qcn. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks

Contact and open a rma in support at oneplusone. Now, they connect on remote with teamviewer and repair your problem. Since i reclamed it in oneplusone forums,they offer support.

Do you try flash coloros after recovery imei, to recover modem functions ?. I have one thread named 'recupera tu oneplus one cuando ni carga ni arranca (incluso sin fastboot mode) in this forums and you can flash it on diag mode.

Regarding official support from OnePlus,i did that almost 5 months ago.After 2 month corresponding they refused to help me since i had Chinese variant OPO and lead me to Chinese support.You know Oneplus.net replies support tickets around 2 week time,Chinese support replies next day.I offered them to use teamviwer and correct my efs , they refused it.I sent my efs files to fix ,they refused as well.They only offer me that to send my OPO to someone in China,and this someone to send my phone to them.yet i dont know anyone in China.Simply they refuse to help me. About ColorOS and othet things , i tried everything but no success. I have been reading every forum about efs fix but nothing helps me. The main problem is when you edit original qcn file with hex editor,somehow qcn breaks,no 2g and 3g with data problems and any lollipop modem does not work,i mean no signal at all with lollipop modems. I am sure you are the only one could help me since you fixed it without original qcn file.It should be easy since i have the original qcn file from one of my friend. If you want we can use teamviwer and you can connect my OPO.

Do you have twrp nandroid backup before made all process to recover IMEI?.
I remember that in one of my test, i recover IMEI but lost network, but i recovery last nandroid backup where i had network and repair it and conserve IMEI. The only rom that recovery network after repair IMEI, are Temasek CM 12.0 . You can try flash CM12.1 now and see if recover network. Also you can try flash this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/onep...xygen-t3072516 ONLY WITH CM12 , not CM11

I made all the process on CM11s 44s and no baseband,no imei no signal.So flashing Cm12.1 wont solve notwork problem since i have no imei.Am i right?

CM11s not recovery network. CM12 or 12.1 yes.
Once you recovery IMEI, not will lose again.

Let me explain my situation again. After CM11s OTA update i lost my imei,tried everything in XDA,flashing coloros from Bulk,restore from nandroid backup everthing but no success.Unfortunately OnePlus did not help.So i went someone who can write imei.He wrote my imei to my phone again.İ have 3g,3g data,baseband,imei but i dont have 2g and have some 3g reception problems.Also if i flash CM12 or CM12.1 i have no signal at all,lollipop modem wont work with my phone since my efs is rewriten.
Now i have the original qcn file of an OPO but this file does not belong to my OPO ,this has diffirent imei.I try to edit this original qcn ,change only the imei and flash to my OPO to get fixed.

Hi.
I wish help you, but i haven´t enought time to make it. You need open RMA to OnePlus and they solved it. Since I reclaimed and make public this method of repair, they connect to client and solved it. See OnePlus Forums, and in my threads, there are users that confirm that now OnePlus offer connect to your PC and repair it.
