*** HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR GPS SETTINGS BASED ON YOUR LOCATION/COUNTRY *** Not all ROMs come from the country you are in, so it is normal that the chef sets the GPS config based on where he/she is. It's up to you to reconfigure it if you are not in that country. This is one of the reason why some ROMs GPS are not working or are too slow to get a satellite fix. Here's how to fix it. [1] Navigate to: http://www.pool.ntp.org/en [2] On the right sidebar entitled "Active Servers", look for your continent (where your country is), click on it. [3] A page will appear suggesting the usable NTP servers. READ! Example below for "Europe". Example: ------------------------------------------------------ Europe — europe.pool.ntp.org To use this pool zone, add the following to your ntp.conf file: server 0.europe.pool.ntp.org server 1.europe.pool.ntp.org server 2.europe.pool.ntp.org server 3.europe.pool.ntp.org End of Example: ------------------------------------------------------ [4] Just choose one (any) from the list. i.e, "0.europe.pool.ntp.org" if you are somewhere in Europe. [5] You can optionally drill down to your country and use servers specific to it. Example below is for "Austria" under Europe NTP server. Example: ------------------------------------------------------ Austria — at.pool.ntp.org To use this pool zone, add the following to your ntp.conf file: server 0.at.pool.ntp.org server 1.at.pool.ntp.org server 2.at.pool.ntp.org server 3.at.pool.ntp.org End of Example: ------------------------------------------------------ [6] Just choose one (any) from the list. i.e, "0.at.pool.ntp.org" if you are in Austria. [7] Using "Root Explorer" or any equivalent app you have in your Android device, navigate to "\system\etc\". [8] Locate "gps.conf", open it with your text editor. [9] Use the correct NTP server based on step 3-4 or 5-6 by replacing the one already in there (1st line on conf file). [10] Save the changes. [11] Reboot your phone to ensure new config is used. [12]Make sure your Android GPS chip is turned ON and your app's gps setting is also turned ON. [13] If you have "GPS Status", launch it and DOWNLOAD A-GPS data. [14] Go outside. You should get a satellite fix in under 2 minutes (from cold GPS start). Successive GPS connection should take shorter a time, 20-30ish seconds. [15] Use your fav GPS app. *** Info from the NTP site. *** The pool.ntp.org project is a big virtual cluster of timeservers providing reliable easy to use NTP service for millions of clients. The pool is being used by millions or tens of millions of systems around the world. It's the default "time server" for most of the major Linux distributions and many networked appliances. Todavia no lo he probado esta noche os digo

estoy probando la ginger nexushd2
lo primero indicar que viene pelada, pelada (aunque trae el porcentaje de batería He instalado el zip para el App2SD y luego viene una indicación para comprobar si está bien: App2SD+ check: Type /system/bin/a2sd check to check if App2SD+ is installed successfully. ¿sabéis dónde se escribe esa instrucción?

bufff, parece complicadillo
![]() ![]() Hay un fix de gauner que parece que hace lo mismo. Es cuestión de probarlo. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=901405 saludos ![]() No es complicado se ve asi por la forma en la que esta escrito. -Vas la http://www.pool.ntp.org -Dirige el cursor hacia la parte media de la derecha y seleccionas tu continente -Luego saldra una lista con los paises de ese continente selecciona tu pais -Copia el servidor (es.pool.ntp.org) <--- Ejemplo correspondiente a españa -Abre el RootExplorer -Buscad la siguiente ruta system/etc -Abre el archivo gps.conf -Edita lo siguiente Cita:NTP_SERVER= 3.north-america.pool.ntp.org <-- Pega el servidor que buscaste aqui
XTRA_SERVER_1=http://xtra1.gpsonextra.net/xtra.bin XTRA_SERVER_2=http://xtra2.gpsonextra.net/xtra.bin XTRA_SERVER_3=http://xtra2.gpsonextra.net/xtra.bin SUPL_HOST=supl.google.com SUPL_PORT=7276 ![]() -Reinicia y activa tu GPS -A probar Servidores Spain — es.pool.ntp.org Mexico --- mx.pool.ntp.org Brazil — br.pool.ntp.org Chile — cl.pool.ntp.org Argentina — ar.pool.ntp.org Venezuela — ve.pool.ntp.org Me localizo en menos de 15 s con A-GPS |
