Hola chicos acaba de salir la ultima versión la 3.0.3 Update y viene con las explicaciones de UMI para su actualización.
Os copio y pego:

Warning! UMI Electronics are not responsible for any problems that could appear during the installation.

Install ROM with the SD-card:

-Copy file with the update on the External SD-card. Be sure that the name of the file is «ota-update».
-Unplug USB cable. Be sure that the battery has at least 50% charged.
-Go the Settings.
-Press “About phone” => “System updates” => “Start update”
-Wait several minutes. During this time phone will be restarted few times.
-Enjoy you’re your UMI ZERO.

Install ROM with the Flash Tool (We do not recommend this method Only for Advanced Users):

— Be sure you also have correct drivers installed, install http://pdanet.co/a and VCOM http://goo.gl/aeFWr3
(for Windows 7, if your in Windows 8 you need to manually install the mt6592 vcom drivers! More info here http://thebroodle.com/android/instal...windows-8-8-1 or http://thetechnolyte.blogspot.de/201...indows-81.html)
— Please use SP Flash Tool V5.13.52 or newer — as older versions can crash! and give you problems!
— Start the SP Flash Tool
— Unzip ROM, select the Scatter.txt in ROM
— Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
— Untick Preloader (DON’T flash the Preloader!)
— Turn off your phone
— Press F9 (hit «Download» button in SP Flash Tool)
— Then connect your phone to your PC via USB cable WHILE YOU HOLD VOL DOWN! IMPORTANT!
— The process will start and a red progress bar will appear (now let of the Vol Down button) after color purple, yellow.
— And green circles display
— Finish !
— You can now safely disconnect your phone.
— Now we go to the Recovery. Hold down VOL down and Power button,
— 2 second after the ZERO logo appears let go of the buttons!
— You should now be in the Recovery (you see a green Droid laying down)
— Press the Power button once, and the Recovery menu should appear
— Use VOL down button to go down the menu, to wipe cache and press VOL UP to confirm
— After that also Wipe Data Factory/Reset. (You will now delete everything on the phone!)
— Go back and reboot the phone, done!

What’s new:

1. Fixed the problem with the reboots.
2. Fixed problem with sound in the headphones.
3. 3-finger screen-shot function improved.
4. Notification lights added.
5. Camera have been optimized.
6. Improved battery life
7. Added battery saving mode entry on the dropdown menu
8. Vibration improved
9. New options in the Quick Toggles
10. Small bug fixes
