Puedes marcar la casilla en twrp en settings / mount ? Si puedes marca también la casilla de data y cache ,poner tu ROM ( cambia el nombre en ROM ) en carpeta de platfoem tools y en CMD :"adb push ROM.zip

Poniendo /sdcard/ me sigue saliendo error: device not found, voy a mirar la pagina que me has pasado aunque en ingles hay cosas que no entiendo bien
