Una cosa... cada vez que cambio de recovery, el Superuser no para de preguntarme los permisos de nuevo. Hasta ahora lo hacía un par de veces, pero con el recovery nuevo de amon ra no para...
Algún truquillo que no sepa? Saludos!!

This is a custom recovery based on Cyanogen's recovery source with a lot of things added by me. The purpose of this recovery is to avoid using adb by accessing all features directly from the menu. This recovery is for the HTC GSM Desire only, if you have a : - HTC Dream/G1 you should go here. - HTC Magic/MT3G you should go here. - HTC Hero you should go here. - HTC Sprint Hero you should go here. - HTC Eris you should go here. - HTC Tattoo you should go here. - HTC N1 you should go here. Important notes Always check recovery.log before posting your issues! You can do this by doing : "cat /tmp/recovery.log" OR "cat /cache/recovery/log" right after you had the issue. Use the "move log to sd" option in the "others" menu right after you had the issue. This will move the log to /sdcard/recovery.log so you can easily open it with a text editor. Features Use the trackball (up+down) to navigate through the menu, press the trackball to select items. Added "/.." support to the filebrowser so you can navigate up. Added a mount menu so you can manually (u)mount stuff. Si usas unrevoked para flashear un recovery, lo que haces es re-rootear y flashear un recovery, cuando realmente deberías tener S-OFF hecho para flashear otro recovery usando fastboot. Al re-rootear, lo que haces es reemplazar Superuser.apk por otro igual, pero la aplicación es reconocida por Android como otra distinta (asignandole otro ID de aplicación) y por tanto se pasa la configuración vieja por el forro (el archivo es el mismo, pero lo reconoce como que es de otra aplicación) y a veces la corrompe porque no la puede reescribir, de ahí que te pregunte multiples veces.

A mi solo se me ocurre decirte que pruebes con un LiveCD de Ubuntu y repitas todo el proceso
 ...he montado ubuntu en un usb y he arrancado desde el usb (usbuntu) tras solucionar un problemilla con el idioma (escribia en árabe, incluso el terminal) conseguí sustituir el recovery  salu2!

Voy a ver si sé hacerlo, jejeje que nunca he usado el fastboot. Voy a ello
Muchas gracias!! EDITO: Muy sencillo, muchas gracias! Aunque me sigue pidiendo los permisos una y otra vez porque como bien has explicado, supongo que ahora ya está el archivo corrupto. Voy a probar a flashear la ROM sin wipe a ver si así funciona mejor. EDITO (2ª Parte xd): Nada, ni así. Restauro nand backup y así me aseguro. A mi me paso eso, lo resolvi facilmente borrando los datos de su y el cache, asi te los pedira una vez solo desde cero, es como borrar su configuracion, lo haces y lo vuelves a configurar con los programas que tu quieras darle persmisos, intentolo a ver si a ti tambien te funciona...
Menos mal que tenía un nandroid de antes de cambiar el recovery!!!!!  Saludos!

Jejeje, es lo primero que probé y nada de nada. Da igual, restaurando nandroid y como si nada.
Menos mal que tenía un nandroid de antes de cambiar el recovery!!!!! Saludos! flaseas y despues limpias datos y cache ;) todo esto si no has recuperado el nandroid o si te vuelve a pasar :P
