@gearbest ,esto no es serio, me mandais un correo el dia 25 de junio diciendo que estáis comprobando la calidad de mi pedido, y a día de hoy todavía no se nada del envió. Pido información por tickets y no contestan!! vais a forzar la cancelación de mi pedido con este mal trato que estáis ofreciendo.

Hoy he publicado mi situación en Facebook, y he advertido mi intención, que el próximo lunes elevare mi disputa a reclamación en PayPal.
Esto sigue sin respuesta por parte de Gearbest, a día de hoy si puedo, intentare que gente que conozca sobre todo, NO realice compras en esta página.

Aunque lo he publicado en otro hilo, me siento en la obligación de publicarlo aquí también.
Bueno después de dos tickets más, y sin respuestas. Ayer cree una disputa en PayPal, hoy en publicado mi caso en Facebook, y a las 10:00 de hoy he recibido un email de PayPal con la respuesta de Gearbest. Me piden disculpas, y me comunican que no tienen el producto hasta dentro de unos días (cara de tonto se me ha puesto, pero me lo olía). Que si quiero esperar, y que me lo envíen lo antes posible, tengo que cerrar la disputa...jaja!!!
Mi contestación ha sido que como sé que no estará para la fecha que lo necesito (8 de Julio), quiero que me devuelvan íntegramente mi dinero. Si después del fin de semana, no tengo una resolución (devuelto mi dinero), elevare la disputa a reclamación.
Desde el 28 de Mayo con el pedido hecho y pagado, ahora me vienen que no lo tienen, cuando en la primera respuesta me decían que si lo tenían, en la segunda que estaban comprobando el producto para el envío, después de más de un mes, me viene con esas....ALUCINANTE!!!
Lo que tengo claro es que, NO VOLVERE A COMPRAR EN ESA PAGINA, POR ENGAÑARME.!!!
