Duda, me han eliminado apps del market

Buenas, tengo unas cuantas apps en el market de google y me han eliminado un par de ellas. Estos son los motivos que me han enviado al correo:
APP 1:

Your app and/or elements of its listing on Google Play, including title, description, logo(s), or promotional screenshots must not include unauthorized usage of protected works belonging to a third party.
Your app icon and promotional screenshots must not contain images that appear confusingly similar to existing products.

Me gustaría volver a subirlas pero no tengo muy claro si únicamente se refiere a imágenes y texto o también por los sonidos en si (estando estos disponibles en youtube por ejemplo).

Usar cualquier material que esté protegido por derechos de autor conlleva esos riesgos. Así como el uso de marcas o nombres en el título que harían pensar que es un producto oficial cuando no lo es.

Eso incluye todo, texto, imágenes, sonidos...

Estar disponible en youtube no significa que puedas extraer el audio y ponerlo en tu app, que si has hecho eso estás infringiendo además los términos de uso de YouTube pero es otra historia.

Por enlazar a vídeos de youtube sobre cierta temática desde luego no hay ningún problema, pero tienes que dejar bien claro que es un producto no oficial, que no tiene relación con la marca y que en la app no hay ningún material protegido ya que usa YouTube.

Si ya te han borrado dos apps anda con pies de plomo, por reincidencia eliminan la cuenta de desarrollador entera de por vida y no puedes volver a subir apps (no, hacerte otra cuenta no vale). Así que piénsalo bien
