Product:U8815 （ICS)/U8818 (ICS)/U8666E/U8666N el aviso en "chinglish" dice algo por el estilo de que se publica solo para desarolladores de ROMs y no debemos ponerlo como firmware porque podemos "matar completamente" al terminal.

kernel compilado desde código fuente 100% funcional
en MoDaCo ha salido el nuevo kernel del miembro "PaulMilbank" que se puede flashear encima de cualquier ROM basada en Huawei stock ICS (p.e. B926 hasta B944, Infusion etc.)
NO sirve para CM9 o CM10 !!! [Kernel] 308 Kernel for official ICS roms, #19 update 11/11/12 Está incluido en la B944 Stock + ROM de "Cyda"en la versión actual. "What is it? This is a kernel I have been working on for fun when I have time. It uses some commits from Daz and his ICS/JB kernel, Quite a few commits from Code Aurora Forum and a bit from Omegamoon and Geno. I have Also recycled some code from my previous 308 kernel for the Huawei X5/u8800. I used the 3.08 kernel source from Huawei as a base and pulled the boot.img and config from my stock b936 vodafone NZ rom." ... Compañeros con este kernel, no habéis percatado de un rendimiento menor en juegos o es mi sensación???

Yo lo probe en la B940, llevaba 5 min usándolo y se me reinicio navegando por internet, primera vez que se me reinicia solo el cel, decide probarlo un poco mas de tiempo pero al hacer un test con antutu se me volvio a reiniciar, asi que finalmente volvi a un backup anterior. En el hilo de modacco lei muy buenos comentarios, pero en mi caso funciono bastante mal
