Buenas a todos:

Acabo de recibir el Xperia ZR y el móvil fue muy bien, hasta que se agoto la batería. He intentado cargarlo por USB y por el cargador original pero no arranca. Solo se me enciende la luz roja de la parte inferior del móvil. La luz no se queda fija sino que parpadea. Le he dejado toda la noche cargando pero nada, no enciende.

¿A alguno os ha pasado?
¿Alguien sabría que decirme que hacer?

Lo he comprado por internet y me ha tardado 18 días en llegar y no quiero esperarme otros 18 de ida otros 18 de vuelta.

Estuve analizando la incidencia y revise los puntos que me indicasteis y después de muchos dolores de cabeza decidí sacar pasarlo por mi laboratorio para analizar el problema.

Después de muchas pruebas vi que el problema esta en móvil en si. Resulta que la salida de carga de la batería era baja, daba 2,7V en ver de los 3,7V por lo que la batería no llegaba nunca a cargarse correctamente.

Al final lo he enviado al servicio técnico y espero que me den una respuesta lo antes posible.
