Unas dudas (mi inglés es muy limitado)... Tengo la Sensation de Vodafone, con S-OFF Revolutionary, Root, Debrand, y ROM HTC 2.3.4. No he tocado el Kernel que traía el tlfno, y la radio es la que trae por defecto la ROM 2.3.4... Supongo que puedo poner este Kernel (Mainline Edition) sin problemas, no?? Repito, según lo que puedo entender con mi inglés limitado... La instalación se hace a través de Recovery?? o de otra forma?? Podrías especificarlo?? Lo instalas por el recovery y listo, no recuerdo si viene con el OC puesto pero faux123 no recomienda el setcpu yo utilizo el system tuner pro que también permite undervolt para bajarle el voltaje al procesador y ganar batería. |

Ya que no lo es, estoy dudando entre este Faux123 y el Bricked Kernel... La verdad, prefiero estabilidad, fluidez y un consumo bajo, antes que tener velocidad de la luz para juegos... ¿Qué me recomendáis, maestros? Saludos.

Yo llevo el Bricked 0.86 y estoy muy contento, pero de consumo no te puedo decir, no noto que haya empeorado, 10 horas 32 minutos y batería al 70%, Tiempo de actividad 1 hora 40 minutos. Con wifi y datos siempre encendidos y sincronizaciones automáticas con FB, FB para HTC Sense, Google, Whatsapp y el tiempo en valores por defecto. Y mi teléfono está a 1.83 Ghz.
De todas formas lo que realmente consume es la pantalla, entre dos kernels tan buenos no vas a notar diferencias abismales en consumo ni en velocidad, solo pequeñas diferencias. Además puedes usar System Tuner y afinarlo un poco. También usé en su momento la versión del Faux 0.1.2 y la 0.1.4 a 1.78 Ghz y estaba muy contento. Son dos kernels muy buenos. Yo tampoco soy de juegos, pero me gusta una interfaz rápida y la mia ahora vuela. Supongo que es excesivo el 1.83 si no voy a jugar, pero va tan bien... prueba a ponerlo a 1.72 o un punto arriba o abajo, tendrás una interfaz más rápida y el mismo consumo (no se nota la diferencia, lo que realmente traga es la pantallita) A mí me gustaría ser un maestro, pero tampoco lo soy!!!! P.D: Os va a sonar a vacilada y casi me da vergüenza decirlo, pero va tan bién y responde tan rápido que muchas veces quiero moverme a la pantalla de al lado y saco el carrusel...

Bueno, os cuento lo que me ha pasado... Ayer intenté instalár el Faux, para probar... la versión ''Sensation Kernel 0.1.8_r3 (1.56 GHz Sync L2)'' Me dio error!!! Me pareció extraño que al empezar la instalación ponía ''Kernel 0.1.7'', en lugar de 0.1.8... Pero empezaron a salir en la pantalla lineas de texto (no recuerdo), y al momento me dio error. Reinicié y volví a intentarlo. Igual resultado. Cuando volví a encender el teléfono, el Wifi no iba: me daba error de conexión. Restauré un Nand-Backup que había hecho antes y todo OK (en apariencia...). Y ahora, atención: el HBoot del teléfono, en lugar de poner 1.18.0000 (que es el que tenía cuando hice el debrand y metí la Rom HTC libre), pone ''HBOOT-1.17.2008 (PG58****) (La ROM sigue siendo 2.3.4 y el CID HTC__304, no han cambiado. El HBOOT lo miraste antes o después de hacer el S-OFF??? porque al hacerlo se te cambia Yo te recomiendo que metas el ENG HBOOT de todas formas.
Has hecho wipe de Cache Partition y de Dalvik Caché antes de flashear el kernel??

El HBoot no lo miré , pero después del debrand era 1.18.0000... Luego volví a hacer S-Off... Yo te recomiendo que metas el ENG HBOOT de todas formas. Así, a 'caraperro'?? Has hecho wipe de Cache Partition y de Dalvik Caché antes de flashear el kernel?? Los Wipes los hice, sí. |

estos kernels son fantasticos, he probado el 1.78 y creo que es el mejor que me ha ido en rendimiento y duracion de bateria, pero tengo un problema, el boton de bloqueo no me responde a la primera a alguien mas le ha sucedido? espero no incomodar con mi pregunta

si yo se que se da con todas, pero con este kernel de 10 veces que intentaba bloquear me lo hacia 9, y ahorita tengo el bricked 1.2 y pues no me lo ha hecho la verdad es una pena porque este de faux es el que mejor bateria me daba

hola, saludos a todos!!! disculpen, es una pregunta un poco tonta pero.....andaba viendo los kernels que aqui publican y hay un apartado que dice "cyanogen"....esos son otros kernels independientes de los de faux? gracias de antemano
