1ª PREGUNTA: Subject: Create account vivo cloud and spanish in VIVO X21UD Message: Hi, I have purchased the VIVO X21UD A (PD1728UD_A_1.19.8) and I have two questions, 1st) the phone does not have a Spanish language, is there any rom or firmware to put it in my language? 2nd) I can not create a VIVO cloud account, when I put the phone number, it tells me it is not valid. How can I do it??. I await your answer to be able to have all the power of the mobile. Thank you RESPUESTA VIVO: Dear Miguel, Thanks for your email and we are deeply sorry for the late reply. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry as your phone mainly faces Chinese users, the account can only be registered by Chinese phone number. But don't worry, we still have one method for you. We have created a public vivo account for users who are in need. Account: ****** Password: ****** Warmly Tips: Don`t try to change the account information and don`t save any personal information in this account. If a verification code is required, please contact us immediately through Facebook. Our official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/vivoMobileInt As for the Spanish language, please don't worry, we will update it as soon as possible. Please wait for the new updates in the future. Thanks so much for your time and please keep us posted with questions. Best wishes Erin 2ª PREGUNTA: Thank you very much for your quick reply. I have been able to access the account from my mobile, but they tell me not to modify the account information and that I do not keep personal information, for the backup copy, contacts, applications, etc, a 100% functional account would be necessary, do somehow? I hope the update to Spanish, with those two things would have a cell of 10. Greetings RESPUESTA VIVO: Dear Miguel, Thanks for your feedback and we are deeply sorry for the delay getting back to you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We totaly understand your concern. However, since the Vivo Account we sent to you is the public account. It means that other customers can use it too. In order to protect your privacy, we recommend you don't back up your privacy via this account. You can back up your privacy via Drive. Hope it helps. For your demand, glad to tell you that our engineers are working on it. After the test is finished, you can create a personal account with your Spanish Contact number. Hope for your patience. <21.gif> If you have any other questions we could help with, please feel free to let us know. Have a nice day.<66.gif> ----------------- We are sorry to trouble you. Hope you are doing well. We want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Please help us serve you better by taking a couple of minutes to tell us about the service that you have received so far. We appreciate your business and want to make sure we meet your expectations. Email: https://goo.gl/forms/FQY9BHl49EcRqzoq2 3ª PREGUNTA: Thank you for your attention, I am waiting for you to solve the account and firmware in Spanish (It is the second most spoken language after Chinese). On the other hand I have seen a firmware in Spanish, but with another name PD1728F_EX_A (Mine brings PD1728UD_A), could you tell me if this firm is compatible with my mobile ??, or it is different terminals with different architecture ??. Thanks and regards. (Attached photo with the firmware of PD1728F_EX_A) RESPUESTA VIVO: Dear Miquel, Thanks for your details. We are sorry the PD1728F_EX_A is our overseas version which aims at Southeast Asian market. And the PD1728UD_A version is the Chinese version which mainly faces Chinese users. They are not the same version. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. Thanks so much for your time and please keep us posted with questions.
