Constant reboot on Oneplus Logo

My device has the bootloader blocked, I can enter fastboot and stock recovery mode, but it does not start in the operating system, it constantly restarts in the Oneplus logo, I have tried flashing all the possible OTAS, all the unbrick msmdownload, but the situation is the same, it constantly restarts in the Oneplus logo, will it be possible to fix it ?, will there be some extreme solution, or it could be a hardware problem, I need help please.
