@GeekBuying recurro a ustedes para relatar mi situación y a ver si existe alguna posible solución ya que me es muy difícil contactar con el soporte en Ingles.

El día 28 de febrero envío un correo al soporte para solicitar la garantía para la pantalla de mi MI note 2 (con un video adjunto que muestra claramente el problema) porque luego de una llamada la pantalla había dejado de funcionar (Order Number: #4088685).

El día 05/03 (una semana después) me responden que mande el móvil para su reparación.

Mando el nro. de tracking y espero la confirmación de recibido.

El día 29/03 pregunto al soporte si ya tenían el paquete, porque según el correo de china había sido recibido el día 27/03.

Durante casi dos semanas respondieron a mis correos diciendo que el paquete no había sido recibido.

El día 13/04 (luego tener que denunciar el envío como robado en el correo) recibo la confirmación que el móvil había sido recibido.

El día 14/04 me envían el correo que copio abajo, ante lo cual mi rabia y asombro crecen de forma desmedida.
Sinceramente no puedo creerlo primero me aceptan que el móvil está en garantía (por eso lo envío); después el móvil se pierde por dos semanas, ahora me dicen que no está en garantía (en teoría ustedes son revendedor autorizado de xiaomi y la garantía de xiaomi cubre este desperfecto ya que es un problema conocido en los mi note 2) y además me quieren cobrar por una reparación el doble de lo que cuesta la pantalla en aliexpress?
El móvil estaba impecable no tenía rayas de ningún tipo ni golpes.

Realmente no entiendo nada.
