HTC ONE M9 sin acceso a modo download ni modo recovery

buenas tardes, lo que sucede es que tengo un terminal one m9 estuvo apagado durante un tiempo, al intentar enceder, no arranca y tampoco deja acceder al modo descarga ni al modo recovery para realizar la instalacion de la rom nuevamente.

Por otro lado intento instalar el hosd.img y el aboot.img pero con ninguno de los que he intentado me ha servido, al ejecutar el comando fasboot getvar all sale esto:

no tengo ni idea que hacer en este punto, alguien sabe sobre este tema que me pueda ayudar por favor!
