Lo acabo de sacar de XDA, es un post de Z:
Ok, here we go. It wasn't the April Fool thingy  The bootloader has been bypassed using the kexec/miniloader method We are able to boot custom kernels now! I'll keep it short as I'm quite busy today... I haven't had much luck with disabling MPU nor resetting a MCPU - it failed no matter what I did. Same thing with porting shutdown procedures into miniloader. But when I found out that the custom kernel doesn't reboot on baseband 52, I switched to the .504 sources and restarted the work. Using the debugfs tips by Goroh, I realised some stuff I'd rather to keep in between the developers here... And then *poof* - the green USB led appeared and I knew I was getting there! Anyway... this is the first release of the fully working custom kernel (flashable via xRecovery). I haven't had much time to work on it so it's kind of proof-of-concept. Tested for 48h without any problem (not even a reboot). FreeKernel-alpha1: http://www.mediafire.com/?d8v914keiqsmc3n This is the alpha version of custom 2.6.29 kernel based on the SE sources. I do not plan to work on this release anymore - it is just for testing purpose. From today on I'll start to port SE stuff to the latest (GBread) kernel. Changes: - removed 32 fps cap - implemented netfilter (Droid wall, native USB/wifi tethering etc.) - undervolted to 0.950mV to save battery - don't remember what else I did, I bet something nasty - super ugly boot logo! Requirements: - baseband .52 + the relevant kernel - clean 2.1 ROM, compatibile with .52 baseband (e.g. .504) - working xRecovery Please note I am not responsible for any damage this software may cause to your device! Use it at your own risk! There is absolutely no support for this alpha release! Big thanks to (no particular order): Goroh_kun, Jerpelea, Bin4ry, Maxrfon, Biktor_gj and everybody else who contributed into X10 custom kernel development. At first the relevant kernel patches/sources will be delivered to the recognised X10 developers. Later on everything will be released as it's obviously Open Sourced. Please refrain from posting comments in this thread - it's for developers only. Spamming will only make our task harder to accomplish! RESUMEN: Dice que se va a poner a trabajar directamente con el kernel de Gingerbread, que este kernel no lo va a evolucionar más. Hay que instalarlo desde una 2.1 baseband 0.52 limpia con su correspondiente kernel, si no he entendido mal se flashea con el xrecovery. Aporta varias mejoras: - Ha descapado el limite de los 32 fps. - Ha incluido tethering de forma nativa. - Ha bajado el voltaje para que la batería aguante más. - y más cosas de las que no se acuerda... Sin duda es la mejor noticia que ha salido en mucho tiempo, ahora sí que veremos dentro de poco ROMS 100% optimizadas para nuestro terminal. Dentro de poco si que tendremos un buen pepinaco. El límite de los 32fps está relacionado con los juegos, o es para los menús también? Es que he leído que va super fluido todo, pero no concretan

 , subo a leer lo que dicen en XDA, aquí tenéis el programita de los FPShttps://market.android.com/details?i...burnette.fps2d Lo he probado en mi 2.3.3 v11 y efectivamente sale 30fps, se tiene que notar en los menús seguro, porque si os fijáis es un test 2D  Voy a ver como se volvería para el kernel normal de SE, si se puede hacer me lo pongo ya mismo, con un par  P.D: Z vamos a por ese kernel para ginger, entre eso y si J consigue eliminar algún día los WLOD peazo X10 que se nos va a quedar jeje

Jaja me parto, oye que quiero volver a mi kernel de SE, como lo hago
"restore a backup from xrecovery" Sigo leyendo el post y lo meto seguro, voy a instalar unos programas de test para comparar rendimientos..

1º Realizado backup
2º Instalado parche con el xrecovery 3º Reboot 4º Se queda en el logo de SE 5º PANIC MODE !!  6º Apago y enciendo para entrar en el xrecovey 7º No entra !!! 8º Pisapapeles X10 9º CABREO MODE !!! Por el momento yo me esperaría a meterlo

Teneis que ponerlo en la original de SE. Así sí que funciona. A mi me da 4303 en el Quadrant... Una burrada señores! Que subidón!!! jajaja

Eso es, lo esta puesto bien clarito para gente que lee poco como yo
 Solo funciona con las 2.1 de SE, asi que me ha tocado bajar a la 2.1 con el flashtool, ponerle root, instalar busybox, instalar xrecovery y recuperar mi backup que hice justo antes.. Este kernel no funciona ni con las ROMS 2.2.1 ni con la 2.3.3 avisados estáis
