La disputa la puedes abrir cuando quieras (cancelar el pedido para que te devuelvan el dinero por ejemplo), si el vendedor te devuelve el dinero se cierra la disputa automáticamente. Si en un plazo (no sé cual es) el vendedor no contesta o no está de acuerdo puedes elevar la disputa (ahí es cuando en realidad interviene PayPal)

Hasta ayer me indicaba como fecha de envío el 04 de octubre (cosa difícil ya que fue domingo) y hoy me pone como fecha de envío el 03 de octubre. Algo no huele bien.

pues a mi me huele también mal.
estos de tomtop que yo lo tengo comprado ahí, han vendido ya unos 150 x 300€ sacar cuentas... es un paston eh¡¡¡¡ lo unico que me tiene algo mas tranquilo son sus votaciones como tienda y el pago paypal pero vamos que ese no tiene los telf ni de coña.

Yo también les envíe un mail acerca de que no tengo el tracking y que no tengo ni idea de la empresa de transporte y me respondieron algo parecido.

Yo entiendo que va a llegar y para vender mas engaño con la fecha, cosa que queda fea...
Pero haciendolo por Ebay/Paypal que tiene todas las de perder... Y con tantos votos positivos, enviarlo lo enviaran, pero lo han hecho muy sucio para vender más...

Yo tambien me he pillado uno del Tomtop. Sin tracking por supuesto, la entrega ponia del 6 al 9Oct. Como no he recibido todavia ayer les pedí el tracking y esto es lo que me dicen:

Aun asi si pagas por Paypal y solo por ahi tienes la seguridad de que si el vendedor no envia o sale algo mal ellos te ayudan y te devuelven el dinero en caso de no haber solución. Si realmente esta semana envia desde Madrid y eso deberia llegar para la que viene, mientras que las chinas igogo y eso ponle un minimo de 15 20 días hasta 60 dias depende de como viaje el paquete. A ver si por ebay llega pronto

hola estan haciendo lo que hicieron con nosotros,dando todo tipo de largas y siguen haciendolo. Lo ultimo es que como desde España no tienen los moviles nos los van a madar desde Francia.... Al final me huele que los enviaran desde China por dhl por lo tanto con aduanas... Yo ya abri incidencia con PayPal...
En ebay no podeis abrirles incidencia??? al menos si son unas cuantas para que los de ebay vean que tienen por alli
