Bueno pues queria intentar instalar esta rom por enesima vez a ver si de una vez por todas se me instalaba y he ido a xda-developers a ver si habia alguna nueva, y buscandola me encuentro con este post:

Esto es lo que pone:

ROMs known (by me) to be affected so far are:

Open Eclair v1.1.5 (Issue 147 New and still open)

KingKlick AOSP2.1 v1.6.1 (post #2678)

SYMPTOM: The missing method is: android.view.ScaleGestureDetector.onTouchEvent

Can we please fix it and stop it spreading? It break apps like My Track, Wifi Tracker and CoPilot has also begun crashing but I haven't verified that one personally.

This is the error - same in all instances. It looks like Android's gesture support has been partially broken, though may just be a symptom of some other problem.

Yo la verdad es que no entiendo ni papa de lo que quiere decir, pero como puedes ver esa rom es una de las verificadas que le pasa.
A ver si mi Magic va a ser inteligente y por eso no se dejaba instalar esa rom??.
Aparte de la coña a ver si alguien que entienda lo que quiere decir ese post nos lo puede explicar.
