Fabyo's ROM is booting, but the problem is same - stucks at "Android is starting apps" and on other boot.img stucks at bootanimation.

Just give me some time because I'm trying to make the modem.img flashable, I'll poat the flashable zip in a few minutes!

I can't find a way to make the modem.img flashable zip, the ways I found were CWM only.
And I'm afraid to flash the modem in the wrong partition and bam.
If you go to TWRP>Mount>Modem and then go to the TWRP File Manager and open the modem partition you will find many files such as modem.b01 modem.b02... Now, I have a nandroid backup of Stock ROM made with TWRP and I have all of those modem.b01 files aswell, I'm thinking about flashing CM 12.1 and then copy my backup modem files onto the modem partition.

Edit: Got error 6 while flashing .zip
It's better if I just replace files on /firmware partition

It's not modem issue, it's ROM issue, we will have to port CM from another device...
Still not working (Wi-Fi, radio, mobile data...)

with boot.IMG from cm12.1 first release. But then nothing
works, no buttons nothing because it's for 7044x hardware.

It boots? Hakosuka said it didn't boot, it got stuck at boot animation with the ROM's boot image. Wi-Fi work? What doesn't work? Just hardware buttons?

I tried earlier and booted fine. The problem is
nothing works no sound button no power
button, nothing only touchscreen...
Better wait for andvip make a zip of his ROM.

That CM is built for soft-keys devices so it doesn't work with hard-keys devices, I might have a look to see if its possible to make that ROM work with VF895N. Wi-Fi works on that ROM?
To fix the buttons go to build.prop and edit this line: qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
