Hola, antetodo agradecer todo el trabajo que hay detrás de esto.
Llevo toda la tarde leyendo post de aquí y de xda para estar seguro de que hago bien las cosas. Hoy mismo descargué flashtool desde la web oficial, y siguiendo los pasos de Ruben, ya tengo la versión 0.7. Bien, pues con todo me da este error: 15/008/2012 21:08:15 - ERROR - ERR_SEVERITY="MAJOR";ERR_CLASS="SECURITY_CLASS";ER R_STATIC="SIN_HEAD_VER";ERR_DYNAMIC="Failed to verify sin header"; He leído que eran 2 errores y a la tercera va la vencida. No es mi caso, llevo 5 ya. A la hora de flashear selecciono la casilla "No final verification check", quedando también seleccionadas dos más "wipe cache" y "wipe user data" Tengo la conexión MSC y Usb debugging ON. No sé donde puede estar el error. Agradecería vuestra ayuda.

Ten en cuenta que en cada paso has de marcar casillas distintas, como dice el compañero el primero OK y los otros 2 da verificacion KO pero el flasheo es totalmente correcto
mira el link de XDA que te aparece el link de descarga y despues el de las opciones del flasheo paso por paso

¿Os referís a este link? http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=103 He probado y en el primero avanza un poco la barra pero acaba dando error. Y los dos siguientes dan error. Igual es que como antes lo hice mal tengo que volver a flashear la versión que tengo o no tiene nada que ver. Respecto a la casilla que no aparece en el link que os acabo de pasar "No final verification check", esa se marca en todos los pasos o en cual en concreto. Para acabar, leí que alguno le quitaba la batería. Eso no lo he visto necesario. GRacias! Edito: había descargado una versión del foro de xda que no es esta. Me acabo de descargar la de este hilo. Jojojooo! Por fin la instale. Comento la experiencia.
Al finalizar el primer paso fue todo correcto. Lo que hice fue desconectar el movil y encenderlo, pero ya no me dejaba el ordenador por los drivers. No sé si después del finalizar el primer paso es necesario desconectarlo, igual no hace falta. Después del segundo te da error pero ya en el 99% de la barra. Al intentar el tercero me salió "flash aborted", y aparecía el triángulo en la pantalla del móvil. Añado que la casilla "No final verification check" sólo se señala en el tercer paso. Gracias por vuestra ayuda. Yo intentaré resolver lo que pueda. Mañana voy a por el root a ver que tal.

yo ttb muuuuchas gracias a todos; ahora me surge otra duda; se podria poner el widget del tiempo y el de la musica por separado de alguna manera sea por CWM o por root explorer? gracias

Instalada en un Xperia Arc mediante flashtools. El proceso a sido el mismo que para cualquier otro firmware. Todo perfecto y funcionando al 100%.

Yo ya me lo instalé mediante flashtools y ahora lo he rooteado. Todo facilísimo. Funciona muy bien. Es cierto que al deslizar las pantallas recorre menos que antes, pero no es LAG, me da la sensación de que lo han querido hacer así. Va mucho más fluido todo. El launcher ya no se reinicia apenas. El único pero que le pongo es la batería, pero quizá es sensación mía al utilizarlo más que antes, ya que estoy manoseándolo todo el día desde que tengo ICS. Muchas gracias por todo!

Astray90 yo tambien tengo la misma sensacion que la pantalla no es un lag sino hay a sido configurada asi por los de sony, e leido que mucha gente tiene problema con la aplicaciones yo al momento tengo todas las que utilizaba en mi GB los programas y los juegos y ninguno me a dado error o algo juegando real racing 2 nfs nove ceramix destroyer homrun battle traphunter, no tengo root ni nada tal cual instale la FW en mi celular

Ya lo comenté más atrás, es el launcher que es un pufo, yo lo he sustituido por el del xperia S con el Titanium Backup y es otra historia.
