I'm gong to reflash CM 12.1 (Thread ROM) and flash modem.img later and I'll let you know if that fixes wifi and sim card!

I went to TWRP and mounted modem partition, then opened TWRP file manager and it showed me a lot of modem images and other stuff on the modem partition! I think we only need to copy them all onto the modem partition of CM 12.1, another way is to make a zip of modem.img and flash it with TWRP
