A mi me han contestado a un correo en el que les decía que en modaco había versiones con Jelly Bean para el U8815 lo siguiente:

Yo respondí al email de "limitaciones de hardware" y ya pasaron pasaron olimpicamente de mi.
Sorry about we have never released an official Android 4.1 version for U8815. Se ve perfectamente que lo de limitaciones del hardware era excusa barata.m y no saben responder.

Pues yo les respondí diciéndoles que si era un No difinitivo, que ICS era muy malo gestionando la ram, lag en los juego y más cosas y que no le estábamos sacando el "rendimiento" que se merece ha esté móvil, en cambio JB ha demostrado ser mucho más estable y con mejor rendimiento funcionando de maravilla en cualquier móvil de gama media/baja. También les dije que hay muchos móviles con el mismo hardware y parecido que tienen JB, incluso de fábrica, que somos muchos los que tenemos esté móvil en el mundo y lo agradeceríamos mucho y algunas cosas más que se me olvidan y me han respondido esto hace un rato:
