Diria que no, al menos cuando la estuve probando no funcionaba. Además hace tiempo que no hay actualizaciones esta muy parada.
Mejor prueba CyanogenMod 9

No, si solo era por preguntar, de hecho tengo la beta 1 de ivendor (cm9), esque hace tiempo era una de mis roms favoritas pero como no funcionaba la grabación de video pues la tuve que quitar.

La razón de que esté parada es porque @Mazen, el que la desarrollaba se cambió de movil y nadie ha seguido con su desarrollo.
Afortunadamente, el otro día @Broodplank (el de BroodRom) dijo que iba a intentar solucionar algunos bugs que se han solucionado en CM9 y que posiblemente la solución valga también en CM7.

Gracias, si anuncio que se cambiaba al SII y por eso lo dejaba no?, esperemos que consigan que se solucionen todos esos bugs porque es muy buena rom la cm7, aunque donde esté cm9, para mí, de momento se pueden quitar todas, jeje.

Buenas noticias. @Texten de XDA está reuniendo lo necesario para compilar de nuevo cm7 e intentar corregir los bugs que quedan. @Broodplank tambien está trabajando en ello, aunque indirectamente, ya que está preparando una rom basada en aosp/cm7 que de momento esta llamando BroodRom AOSP, de la que ha dado unos cuantos detalles muy interesantes:

What i have been testing:

I call this testing environment "broodROM AOSP"

- AOSP 2.3.7
- Integrated Thememanager (working)
- Integrated Cyanogenmod Settings (Settings.apk/SettingsProvider.apk/CMParts.apk/SystemUI.apk) (working)
- Used mazens cm7 kernel at first, but why not use a way more battery efficient SkyHigh, so I use skyhigh

Generally this combo is pretty stable, no fc's, changing themes work flawless. cyanogenmod settings are saved, so no placebo.
Beautiful results in customization, widget button toggle 2g/3g kinda dies instead of toggling.

Using SkyHigh for optimal performance/battery, without screenstatescaling script (skywalker01 mentioned that it's important NOT to use it)
min freq: 122mhz, max freq 1.4ghz, smartassV2, sio, I noticed that i8150 EGL drivers were less stable then original i9001 ones (first time I actually notice it)

The system is running decently stable overall, but still I had a couple of unexpected memory overflow, when everything suddenly goes like 122mhz max freq, but then when all apps are killed the system runs perfect again, I think that's just a case of the LMK

I actually had a normal call volume sometimes, don't know how, but this differs al the time, most of the time is to loud.

Things I noticed compared to samsung rom:
- the used ram is incredible, I only used 116mb ram after killing apps. (IN YOUR FACE SAMSUNG)
- No unnecessary packet sending at all (samsung rom does about 3 packets per second, aosp does 0 in 30 min!)
- the way init.d works is absolutely horrible, will definitely change that to the regular init.d way
- init.d scripts only work on permissions 750, they can also interrupt the whole boot sequence fairly easy.
- Battery life is kind of constantly changing, like the first %, from 100% to 99% takes upto 5 hours in deep sleep, but then after the 99% it goes down much more rapidly.
