Ya me puae en contacto con elloa y no saqué nada, no tengo ganas de peleaeme con nadie. Mi queja reside en la publicidad engañosa, que eso más que nada es un fraude y una estafa hacia el consumidor. Ponen un precio y luego resulta que es FALSO. Por mi parte no voy a perder el tiempo, mi tiempo es muy valioso y puedo gastarme el dinero en otra tienda, por alternativas no será desde luego. NI SE OS OCURRA COMPRAR NADA A ESTA GENTE... Compre dos tablets Teclast Tbook t10 en su tienda de España,mas caras, por evitar problemas, y al poco una ya ni se enciende.
Y ahora me dicen que la mande a China a reparar, pagándolo yo, o que me la quede y me dan 32 USD a cambio.... de 180 que me costo cada una. Voy a denunciarlos a la oficina del consumidor, si las compre en tienda Española, mas caras,tienen garantía Española..... Es posible denunciar también en otro sitio? No permitamos que se rían en nuestra cara |

Enviado número de pedido y explicación del fallo. Estoy dispuesto a solucionarlo yo mismo si ed reinstalar algun software, al cambio por otra igual o superior, pagando la diferencia o a enviarla a su almacén de España,, para su reparación, pero NO a Chins y NO a mi cargo.

Yo estoy un poco desilusionado,y mira que he comprado cosas aquí,pero después de enviar a finales a reparar mi Xiaomi note 3 Pro y han pasado ha los 2 meses,solo sé que me dan 80usd por un móvil que está valorado en 161 USD,y sin solución alguna .
