Puedes restaurar al estado de fábrica realizando los siguientes pasos. No necesitas usar el táctil:

1. Thus, turn off your handset completely: press power button and select “power off” or press and hold the power key for a few seconds.
2. Then, enter recovery mode on your Android device.
3. Once in recovery use volume up / down buttons in order to scroll up or down and power key to select.
P4.ick “wipe data factory reset” and perform the same.
Optional: after completing the hard reset operation, from recovery mode you can also choose to clear cache by selecting “wipe cache partition” and “wipe dalvick cache”- this is a best way to solve software related problems.
When you are done, go back to main menu of recovery and from there select “reboot system now”.
