Hola, pues solucionado, se ve que TWRP no tenía bien asignada mi partición o algo así...
He realizado el backup a un pendrive y todo bien... Después he probado suerte a la memoria interna sin reiniciar, y sin problema... He reiniciado, lo he borrado, he vuelto a ir al recovery, le he dicho que lo hiciese ( incluso he cambiado el nombre al backup ) y me lo ha realizado correctamente... Si os fijais en la foto de antes el directorio es muy extraño, osea que yo creo que ahí estaba el problema. Un saludo y muchas gracias!
