Lo que significa que si compras un note de Estados Unidos precintado, necesitas una tarjeta sim de allí para encenderlo por primera vez y luego ya puedes meter la tuya. Si lo compras de segundamano o que lo hayan abierto simplemente para meterle la tarjeta sim de allí no deberías de tener entonce sningún problema para usarlo tú cuando te llegara.

Edito: Y aunque el stock esté en Hong Kong (como la mitad de los artículos que nos llegan a Europa...) la tienda es australiana y bastante conocida, además, no hay más que fijarse en los casi 16500 votos positivos que tiene, (99.6%)... A mi lo único que me preocuparía es la restricción regional esta, aunque parece que si vas a una tienda oficial de samsung te lo quitan si no lo has usado nunca.
