I have a perfectly working)
But I do not know why yours is not working.
Ask what exactly does not work for you , eternal download ? Download and then reboot? Won't start at all?

The phone stucks at boot animation.

Try to make zip of your working ROM, please.

btw. are you on Smart Prime 6 or Alcatel 7044X/7043Y ?

But how did you get your rom to boot?? I downloaded and flashed your boot image but it doesn't boot!

By the way could you please give us a download link of the ROM without gapps? I have heard of Cyanogenmod ROM's not booting up because Google Apps were the problem.
Just a thought ;) Maybe you can just test it by yourself and if it boots up then post a download link.

Andvip sent me the new boot.img that works.
So now the ROM will start.

But there are some critical bugs:

-wi-fi not working
-phone doesn't see the SIM card
-buttons are not glowing
-settings app crashes when you want to change lock screen.

For Wi-Fi I think it's something about the modem, maybe you can flash the stock modem image, yesterday I went to restore my stock ROM after failing to boot CM 12.1 but forgot to restore modem and it wouldn't find any signal or connect to Wi-Fi, then I went to restore stock modem and it started to receive signal and Wi-Fi was fixed.
SIM card is not an issue for me since I don't have a SIM card at the moment

, the buttons not glowing has to do with hard-keys, so you must edit some hardware configuration file in the system folder but I don't know which one srry, or actually I've heard that Cyanogenmod disables hardkeys lights on some versions...
Can we apply themes? That would be awesome

Also, the screenshots that andvip took and shared had the wi-fi connected and he was on the internet so he might have flashed a modem image...
