Yo la he tenido anoche y esta mañana.
La he quitado porque en las llamadas parecía que hablaba con extraterrestres, en 3 de 4 llamadas asi que no, otra cosa es que me gustaba el fondo negro de slim y este no lo trae, aparte batería bajó un 30% sin usarlo en 4 horas.

Instalación y kernels: - Ensure you have latest bootloader and radio from 5.1.x factory images. - If you come from another rom do a factory reset and wipe system/caches. Llevo la anterior versión pero instalo la versión Prime de Nova launcher, para ello tengo que instalar un launcher alternativo, eliminar el apk desde system/app con un explorador de archivos y reiniciar para así poder instalar el prime sin que me arroje error. Mi pregunta es: para actualizar, ¿de qué manera puedo hacer para que al flashear no me sobreponga el Nova Launcher "normal" de nuevo?
Llevo la versión de Ezio, para mí la mejor.

No entiendo por qué haces todo eso.
La Rom viene con el Launcher Nova gratuito, por lo que lo único que tienes que hacer es instalar el prime y listo, sin falta de eliminar apks ni nada por el estilo

Te digo que al instalar el prime encima me da error, no es de playstore, uso una versión anterior a la última publicada.

Nono @marpe creo que te confundiste, no quiero eliminar el nova de la ROM ya instalada (del sistema), ahí si es como dices en system/app. Si no, lo que quiero es que antes de flashear la ROM evitar se instale el nova launcher.
